No Resale of Services

Unless otherwise stated with the terms "Resell Rights", The templates and all information contained within our website may be used for your own and/or your customers' websites, but you may not put them on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale. This means that if you are a web developer and consultant you are free to use the templates in the design of your customers' websites. However the templates may not be resold in any sort of collection, such as distributing to a third party via CD, diskette, or letting others to download off your websites, etc. You may not edit the theme and then sell it, in anyway. In any way if you do not abide by these terms, Biz Tool Center will prosecute to the highest extent possible.

Limitation of Liability

Refund Policy

We do not refund any monies for return of the template(s) or any other downloadable product or product on CD. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Prior to your purchase you have the opportunity to download our Free Web Templates and ask us questions to make sure that the template suits your needs - no refunds will be given on the basis that the template does not meet your requirements.

You are responsible to have the programs and knowledge in order to open, view and edit web templates.
